Sarhasa. On the Muharram festival, a meeting of the peace committee was held on Wednesday by Balwahat OP President Hareshwar Singh near Imambara in various villages of the region. During this time it was told that due to Corona virus epidemic, lockdown has been imposed in the whole country. Regarding this, no religious and any kind of rituals are prohibited.
The District Magistrate’s instructions urged people not to offer namaz by staying in their homes for the gathering of Tajiya and procession for lockdown. They said that they should celebrate in their own homes by following the physical distance about the lockdown. The crowd will not gather at the mosque or Idgah during the festival. On this occasion Nandan Kumar Singh, Shivendra Kumar Singh, Nazre Imam, Rafi Alam, Mo. Sahim, Mo. Azimuddin, Mo. Others, including Mushtaq, were present.
