Mayank Agarwal took the captaincy instead of KL Rahul and played an amazing innings of 99 off 58 balls. However, they did not get much support from the other end and the entire team could only score 166 for six in 20 overs. In reply, the Delhi Capitals set the target by losing three wickets in 17.4 overs and won the match by seven wickets. Shikhar Dhawan scored 69 not out.
