On February 6, farmers’ organizations nationwide announced the Chakka Jam in opposition to the three agrarian laws of the central government. However, there is no traffic jam in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Rakesh Tikite, National Spokesman of the Indian Kisan Consortium, gave the information and reason. He said that we have evidence that some people may try to spread the violence here, so it has been decided.

Speaking to news agency ANI on Friday evening, Rakesh Tikite said, “We have evidence that some of these places may try to spread violence, so we have not tried to block traffic in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand has decided. But the people of these two states have been put on standby for the future, he said.

Rakesh Tikite said there was no traffic jam in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In both these states, only the memorandums will be issued at the district center in violation of farmer laws. The people of these two states are placed on standby and can be called to Delhi at any time, so the people of UP-Uttarakhand should be prepared by putting oil and water on their tractors. He said all other places will work peacefully according to the plan.

Asked about Delhi, Tikite said there is already a discus jam in Delhi, so Delhi is not included in this jam. Asked to avoid traffic jams in these places for fear of violence, Tikite said that there is no violence anywhere in our programs, as evidenced by the great panchayats in many places. In this case, we want to talk to the government, saying that we are not getting where the government is.
