Royal Challengers Bangalore tweet that Virat Kohli will travel to Chennai to participate in IPL 2021

Captain Virat Kohli has reached Chennai for the IPL 2021 after winning the Test, T20 and ODI series against England. The Royal Challengers Bangalore team shared this information by sharing a photo of Captain Kohli on their Twitter handle. AB de Villiers, who is considered to be Virat’s best friend and RCB’s biggest strength, has also reached Chennai.

The Virat Kohli-led RCB squad could never be named an IPL title. The team finished in the playoffs last season, but lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator match. Virat Kohli left his biological bubble against England and returned home after completing a seven-day quarantine. In the SOP, the BCCI exempted India and England players from their current IPL team Bio-Bubble, which is directly accessed from the ODI series Bio-Bubble.

Virat will open the RCB squad in IPL 2021. In the fifth T20 against England, Kohli played 80 storming innings. He then announced that he would be entering the IPL as an opener in this season.
