India’s greatest batsman Sachin Tendulkar is celebrating his 48th birthday today. Sachin shared a special video on his Twitter, thanking everyone for his birthday wishes. Tendulkar said inside the video that he would donate plasma as soon as healthy and people would come forward for help. Tendulkar was hit by a corona a short while ago and was hospitalized.

Tendulkar first thanked everyone for the birthday wishes in the video and after that he said it was very difficult for him last month. Because of Corona, he had to be in isolation for 21 days and said he could beat Corona because of the prayers of fans, friends and family. He appealed to people to donate plasma. Tendulkar said he would donate the plasma himself as soon as he was fully fit. Sachin participated in the World Road Safety Series played in Raipur and championed the Indian team under his leadership. Apart from Tendulkar, former players Yuvraj, Singh, Sehwag, Brian Lara and Kevin Pietersen were also present at the event.

Sachin has set many records in his international career. There are so many of his records that no one can break them next time. Tendulkar has scored more runs in international cricket. Sachin is the most international player. He has scored more runs in two cricketing formats. Tendulkar has scored the most centuries in ODI and Test cricket. One of the Test debutants, Sachin has played 200 Tests. He is the only batsman in the world to have played 200 Tests. Tendulkar has scored 15921 runs in Test cricket. He is the only player in the world to score 15,000 Test runs.
