Samsung Galaxy F42 5G to be launched soon, Dimension 700 chipset

Samsung may soon launch the new smartphone Galaxy F42 5G under its Galaxy F series. Recently, this upcoming smartphone was spotted on the benchmarking platform Geekbank. In this list, some specifications of the phone are known. If the rumors are to be believed, this phone could be a rebranded version of the Galaxy A22 5G released in India.

According to the Geekbench listing, the model number of this phone is SM-E426B. The processor that the company is offering on the phone is codenamed ARM MT6833V / NZA. According to reports, this could be the MediaTek Dimension 700 chipset. The phone will get 6GB of RAM with this processor. The list says the phone works on Android 11 OS.

My Smart Price first identified the Geekbench listing of the Galaxy F42 5G. The phone scored 559 on the Geekbench single-core test and 1719 on the multi-core test. Last month, My Smart Price spotted this phone on Bluetooth SIG and BIS. In these lists, the phone model number is listed with the SM-E426B.
