Ingredients for making kuttu samosa –
-1/2 cup bean flour
– 1/2 cup water chestnut flour
-Sand salt and water as needed
-4-5 medium sized potatoes
Cashew nuts, raisins
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tsp talis chili
Ghee for making the dough
– 1/2 tsp lemon juice
-3-4 green chillies
– Peanut oil to drain

Method of making kuttu samosa –
To make kuttu samosa, first mix kuttu flour and water chestnut flour with ghee and mix well. After this, mix the dough with water. Now set this dough aside for a while. Now boil and mash the potatoes. Take a little ghee in the skillet and add the cumin. When roasting the cumin seed, add the cashews, raisins, etc. and then add the potatoes and stone salt as they turn golden brown. Turn off the gas and add lemon juice to it. Now make small balls of dough, roll them round, then cut them in the middle and fill them in a triangular shape like regular samosas. Now fry the samosa in hot oil and serve with fruit sauce.
