Ingredients for making Chinese Maggi-
1 Maggie Packet
-2 tsp oil
-Bar chopped garlic
– 1/4 tsp (red chilli, green chili sauce)
1/2 tsp (tomato and soy sauce)
2 tablespoons (capsicum and cabbage)
1 medium onion and carrots and green chillies
– to taste the salt and pepper)
Chinese Maggi making method
To make Chinese Maggie, first boil a glass of water in a pot and pour a small packet of Maggi and half a teaspoon of oil so that it does not stick. When the Maggi is cooked 70 percent, filter it and remove it in a separate container. Now put another pan on the gas and add 1 tbsp of oil to it, after heating the oil, roast the finely chopped garlic for 10-15 seconds, then add the chopped onions and carrots to a longer size.
Do not cook until the onions are brown. Add a little chopped finely chopped green chilli, two teaspoons long chopped capsicum, two teaspoons chopped cabbage, salt and pepper to taste. Then 1/4 tsp of red chili sauce, 1/4 tsp of green chili sauce, 1/2 tsp of soy sauce and 1/2 tsp of tomato sauce give Maggie a Chinese flavor. Mix all the ingredients well and add the cooked Maggi.
