SSC MTS Notification: SSC MTS 2020 Notification will be released today. The former Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was scheduled to release it on 2 February 2021 but it was postponed for a few days. The Commission will now release it today on its official website, ssc.nic.in. The recruitment will be done by dismantling the sheds for 10th PAS youth in various departments of the Central Government.
The deadline for multi-tasking (non-technical) recruitment of 2020-2021 in the SSC calendar is set for March 18, 2021 but now after the notification release date, the application deadline can be extended further. SSC MTS 2020 Paper-1 will be held from July 01 to July 2021.
10th Pass Candidates will be able to apply for MTS posts.
In 2019, 38.58 lakh candidates had registered for the SSC sacking of about 10 thousand recruits of the MTS.
18 to 25 year old candidates will be able to apply for this recruitment. Candidates in the OBC and SC-ST category will be given 5 years of age rest.
Non-technicals such as Pune, Safaiwala, Jamadar, Junior Getner Operator, Watchman etc. will be recruited in this vacancy.
Speaking of testing, first there is a computer based test (Paper-1) that also has a negative mark. There will be objective questions. For each wrong answer a quarter of points will be deducted. Successful candidates in Paper-2 will be called in Paper-2 which will be an explanatory paper. Paper-1 marks will be normalized to make a merit list. Paper-2 will qualify.
