Sushant Singh Rajput family lawyer Vikas Singh raising objections over forensic examination report submitted by AIIMS

Vikas Singh, advocate for the family of Sushant Singh Rajput, has questioned the forensic examination report submitted to the CBI by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Vikas Singh, in a letter to the CBI director, called the report as incorrect and referred the matter to another forensic team constituted by the CBI.

Vikas Singh has said in the letter that he is reading in the media about the investigation report submitted by AIIMS to CBI in Sushant Singh case. Some doctors who were part of the investigation team are also giving statements on TV. However, despite repeated attempts we have not been given a copy of the report. If the leaked report is true, it is biased by insufficient evidence.

Vikas Singh has questioned the AIIMS report under several points in a three-page letter. Vikas Singh has said that AIIMS was not supposed to do a postmortem but to give an opinion on the postmortem at Cooper Hospital. From the first day, Dr. Sudhir Gupta has been raising questions about the sensitivity of the case, suspicious postmortem report and hasty postmortem by Maharashtra Police.

Noting that the postmortem report of the Cooper Hospital, Vikas Singh said that recently Dr Sudhir Gupta has leaked the report to some media houses saying that Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is suicide. It is clearly an attempt to raise questions in the minds of the people and to benefit the guilty. Vikas Singh termed Dr. Sudhir Gupta’s work as unethical and unprofessional, saying, “For whatever reason the forensic team of AIIMS has not given absolute opinion on the postmortem report done by Cooper Hospital, and that report For which they were not asked.

He also said that the matter should be referred to another forensic team constituted by the CBI, so that the postmortem report of Cooper Hospital could be properly and properly investigated. Vikas Singh said that the only thing that could be said in the AIIMS report was that it was a death due to hanging, it could not be said that it was a suicide, because it has to be decided by the CBI after a thorough investigation. He has also asked the CBI to investigate why Dr. Sudhir Gupta did such a non-professional work.
