Team India all-rounder Yusuf Pathan has announced his retirement from international cricket. He posted this information by posting a video on his social media. Yusuf has played 57 ODIs and 22 T20s for India and was part of Team India at the 2007 ICC T20 World Cup. Yusuf has been out of Team India for the last several years and has no franchise interest in joining the team in the IPL.

Yusuf started his international career in 2007 in a T20 game against Pakistan. Following this, Yusuf also played his first ODI against Pakistan in 2008. Yusuf Pathan was part of Team India at the 2011 World Cup. The Baroda all-rounder has not played any international matches since 2012. Yusuf’s performance in the IPL has also been remarkable and the all-rounder has played a huge role in becoming the Rajasthan Royals champion in the first leg of the Indian Premier League.
