The Home Minister of Maharashtra- ED and CBI have to face the speakers against the BJP

Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Monday indirectly targeted the Center, alleging that the BJP’s policies or leaders are speaking out against the central agencies’ action. His statement comes at a time when Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut had summoned his wife on December 29 in a money laundering case a day earlier.

NCP senior leader Deshmukh told reporters that the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has never been used for political purposes in Maharashtra.

“BJP leaders or those who speak out against their policies are facing ED or CBI,” he said. As far as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is concerned, we have decided that the agency should seek permission from the state government before conducting any investigation in Maharashtra.

“While the ED has the authority to order an investigation, these rights have not been used in the past for political purposes in Maharashtra,” said Deshmukh. We answered questions asked about ED calling.

Meanwhile, senior NCP leader Praful Patel told reporters that many people are now getting ED notice. He said, “There may be political reasons behind this (such a notice has been received) or something else. Whatever it is, the facts come out.

Asked if the central agencies were being abused, Patel said, “We don’t take these things any other way.” Such things happen… action happens… we follow the process. ”
