Income Tax Department New Website: The Income Tax department said on Saturday that the e-filing portal will be launched on Monday, which means tomorrow. The old website is not running since June 1, because the new website has been launched. The new website will be more user-friendly than before and will speed up the resolution of the problems, the department said in a statement released on Saturday.

The new website of the Income Tax Department is www.incometax.gov.in. The department said in a statement: “We are very excited about our new website. This website is designed with the customer in mind. Along with the new website, Mobile App will also be launched. With this, you can now file an income tax return from anywhere. The refund process is also speeded up by the new website.

Features of the new website
1- Free software is available with the help of taxpayers so that any person can learn how to file taxes. It is with you, if there is any dilemma or question in your mind, the answer is here too.
2- Only after login, all required information will be available in one place on dashboard.
3- The desktop / laptop version is now available on mobile. E-Filing can be done anywhere from now through a mobile app.
4- The new portal has the facility to process the income tax return so that the refund will be made soon.
5- The new portal also includes a new payment facility. Payment can also be made using UPI ID, Credit Card, Net Banking.
