The third phase of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas project will start tomorrow in 600 districts of the state

The third phase of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas project (PMKVY 3.0) will be launched from Friday. The third phase of this major project, which will offer government skills, will be launched in 600 districts of all the states of the country. Under PMKVY 3.0, eight lakh people will be trained during the period 2020-21 of the project. Its price is Rs 948.90 crore.

The third phase of the program, headed by the Ministry of Skills and Entrepreneurship, will focus on training for the new generation and Kovid. The project will be launched by Mahendra Nath Pandey, Minister of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship. 729 Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras (PMKK), Empaneled non-PMKK training centers and more than 200 industrial training institutes under Kaushal Bharat will provide skills training to the third phase of the project, the statement said.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has revised the new version based on the experience gained from PMKVY 1.0 and PMKVY 2.0. This is in line with the situation caused by the Kovid-19 epidemic. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Kushal Bharat Mission on July 15, 2015. The campaign has gained momentum from PMKVY.
