Virat Kohli took 56 innings to score 2,000 runs in T20 cricket, while Australian batsman Aaron Finch scored 2,000 in 62 innings. Babar holds the distinction in only 52 innings, surpassing Kohli and Finch. Babar Azam was crowned number one by Virat Kohli by ousting the king in one-day cricket. While Babar Azam is currently the world’s number one batsman in ODI cricket, David Malan is only ahead of him in T20.
