The bank’s IFSC will be changed from July 1

SBI rules are also changing

From July 1, 2021, State Bank of India (SBI) customers will have to change many rules. After the implementation of the new rule, ATM cash withdrawal and check book usage will be heavy in your pocket. The new charges apply to the Basic Savings Account Deposit (BSBD) account holders.

1- SBI BSBD account holders receive 10 checks each year. Now a check book containing 10 checks has to be paid. The bank charges Rs 40 and GST for 10 check cards.

The bank charges Rs 75 and GST for 25 check cards.

3- In the Emergency Check Book, 10 cards are charged Rs 50 and GST. Senior citizens will be exempted from the new service charge in check books.

4- SBI offers BSBD account holders four free cash withdrawal transactions. Once the free threshold is over, the bank charges the customer. The bank has to withdraw Rs 15 from the branch or ATM. Plus GST charges.
