Land Rover launches Discovery Facelift in India for Rs 88.06 lakh (Ex-showroom, Pan India) Released with Initial Price. The three-line (three-row) SUV is offered in three variants – S, SE and HSE, with a total of two trims, the Discovery and the Discovery R-Dynamic. However, Land Rover has not yet released detailed pricing for all variants, only the entry-level model.

The new Discovery Facelift is similar to its predecessor. However, there are definitely some minor changes in its exterior. As for the changes, the main ones are its new bumper, rearranged grille and headlamps, which now come with LED matrix technology in most variants.

On the back, a new tailgate design, new bumper and new tail-lamps are given, making the rear profile more sporty. The new Land Rover Discovery is offered with three engine options, including two petrol and one diesel engine option. It is powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 300 hp of power and 400 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the 3.0-liter 6-cylinder petrol engine produces 360MG of power and 500Nm of torque as the second engine. In its diesel variant, the company offers a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine that delivers 300 hp of power and 650 Nm of torque. All these engines have 48V mild hybrid technology which helps to give better mileage. These engines are mated to an 8-speed torque converter gearbox.
