Union Minister Kailash Chaudhary said – next round of talks between farmers and government to remove deadlock soon

The next visit will be held soon to find a solution through dialogue with farmers who are agitating about the new agricultural law. Union Agriculture Minister Kailash Chaudhary said on Sunday that the government would soon convene a peasant leader for the next round of talks to end the chaos of agrarian laws.

The Union Minister’s statement comes just before the farmers fast. Five meetings have been held between the central government and the leaders of the farmers’ unions but no results have been found. The government sent some proposals for a sixth round of talks but the peasants rejected it. Then the meeting was also canceled.

The government has made it clear that it is ready for debate at any time. But farmer associations say they will only negotiate when laws are repealed. Speaking to PTI, Union Minister Kailash Chaudhary said the meeting would be called soon. We are ready for debate. However, the date has not yet been determined.

We are confident that the issue will be resolved at the next meeting. The government will find some solutions to end the chaos. Kailash Chaudhary said senior ministers Amit Shah and Narendra Singh Tomar were discussing the issue.

At the same time, Narendra Singh Tomar on Sunday accused opposition parties of campaigning on new agricultural laws, saying that these laws “may cause problems for some time but in the long run they will prove beneficial to farmers”. To end the crisis, Tomar was leading negotiations with 40 protesting farmers ‘unions, addressing more than 100 farmers’ unions in Uttarakhand who came to support the laws.

For the past two weeks, the heads of all farmer associations have been holding a day of fasting in different borders of Delhi. Farmer leader Gurnam Singh Chadhuni gave this information here on Sunday. The fast, which will be held from 8am to 5pm on Monday, is part of a farmer’s plan to intensify the movement from December 14, he said.
