University Exam 2021: MDU semester exams to be conducted in online and offline mode from March 3

University Exam 2021: Maharishi Dayananda University (MDU) semester exams will be conducted in online and offline mode. The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Rajbir Singh made this decision on the recommendation of the university committee for the upcoming semester exam. According to the plan, these tests will be conducted both offline and via online interpretive media. The university has informed all affiliated colleges of this relationship. However, it was planned to conduct theory tests offline.

The semester exams will start from March 3
Round semester exams for undergraduate and postgraduate (PG) courses will commence from March 3. The university has already been informed about the date of the audi (odd) semester exams in colleges. After the Kovid Period, the university conducts exams for the first time in colleges. However, a detailed datasheet is currently waiting for the university. Suggestions have been sent to the university on behalf of colleges for offline examination.

Students have the option of online exams
Previously, the university had allowed all the theory tests to be taken offline and only foreign students who were unable to come to India due to Kovid were allowed to take the online test. But now other students will also have the option of taking the exam online. MDU test controller Dr. BBS Kovid-19 family members have been infected due to Kovid-positive or quarantine students who may take an online test. Also, students who live in the cantonment zone, abroad, or in other states or hospitalized with some serious illness, can also take the online test.

You can also apply for a valid cause
According to the new orders issued, students who want to take the online exam for valid reasons will be allowed to do so. For this, the student has to apply before the exam with the relevant department heads, directors and college principal for valid reasons. In this regard, a valid medical certificate and other relevant documents must be submitted to the Head of the Department concerned or to the Director or the College Principal. In addition, a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has been issued by the Testing University for the conduct of examinations. Available on the SOP University website.

Strict instructions must be followed
According to a decree issued by the university, the theory tests to be conducted in offline mode, all institutions must comply with the rules and SOPs issued by the Center and State Government from time to time regarding Kovid. Under these are rules such as placing students at the correct distance, swapping hands at the entrance and checking temperatures, hand washing, shelling at the appropriate distance on campus, and swapping the college before the exam begins. At the same time, you have to take full precautions during the test. Apart from theory tests, the rest of the planning, viva and training etc will be conducted in the same way that Kovid performed before the epidemic. Things that need to be conducted empirically are followed by theory tests.
