UP BEd Entrance Exam-2020 Result Declared: The result of B.Ed’s Joint Entrance Examination of Uttar Pradesh was released on Saturday evening. Lucknow University had conducted B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination 2020. Lucknow University released the results of the Joint Entrance Exam BEd 2020 on Saturday.
Pankaj Kumar of Sitapur has topped it. He has been ranked first in the state with 299.333 points. At the same time, Ajay Kumar of Sitamani finished second with 295 points. The vice-chancellor of the exam, Prof. Alok Kumar Rai announced these results. The Vice Chancellor informed that this entrance-examination result is being uploaded on Lucknow University website www.lkouniv.ac.in. All the candidates can get their score, state rank, category rank by logging onto the website of Lucknow University (from where the candidates had filled their online application form).
Vice Chancellor / Chairman and State Coordinator, Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination B.Ed-2020-22 stated that the safe conduct of examination was a major challenge due to the current Corona epidemic. In view of the corona infection, the examination was conducted in 73 districts of the state. Complete arrangements were made to protect each examination center from corona infection. Before both examinations, each examination center / examination hall was sanitized and the seating arrangement of the candidates was done by following physical distance.
Results of five canceled
A total of 4,31,904 candidates were registered for the examination. 3,57,701 candidates appeared in this entrance examination. 74,203 candidates were absent in both shifts examinations. A total of five candidates were found to be using unfair means, whose results have been canceled. A total of 356946 candidates appeared in both shifts of the entrance examination, the result of which is being displayed on the website.
Chancellor informed that the possible date of online off-campus counseling process and all other details related to counseling will be displayed on the same website soon. Allotment of seats in various colleges to the candidates will be done according to the subject category they filled in the original application form. In any case, at any stage, subject-class change will not be allowed.
