The BCCI announced Team India on Friday for the final of the World Test Championships and the five-Test series against England. Former India batsman and commentator Akash Chopra has expressed his displeasure over Kuldeep Yadav not being included in Team India for the tour of England and the final of the World Championships. Kuldeep Yadav was not included in the squad despite several injuries sustained on the tour of Australia.
Kuldeep Yadav has played just one Test in the four-Test series against England. He found himself struggling for a wicket in this match. After that, the IPL 2021 did not replace the Chinese bowler in eleven matches for Kolkata Knight Riders. Akash Chaupra said it was a tough step for Kuldeep Yadav to be excluded from the England tour.
