Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 4 December 2020 Birthday Twist – Karthik urges Dadi and Manish Kairav to speak. Naira makes a way to get out of the room, where she is waiting for Kartik. Then she shows Akshara to the family. The family is very happy to see Kartik and Naira together with the children as a nice happy family.
Karthik again hides Naira from Kairav. Kairav is busy talking to his advisor Ridhima on a video call. Ridhima tells Kairav that his birthday is close and that he should start planning for it. Kairav shares all his favorite things to do with her. She tries to get to know his feelings about Naira. Kairav is still afraid of Naira and her presence.
He doesn’t want to meet Naira. Ridhima realizes that she is not ready to meet Kairav Naira. Karthik and Naira talk about Riddhima. Karthik wants to explain to her that Kairav really needs counselors. Kairav still has fear in his heart, Naira understands the fear that needs to be removed as soon as possible. She knows that it is very difficult for Kartik to get away from her. Kartik says he meets her every day and every night, but he misses her deeply. He says he doesn’t want to lose his family.
He asks her to fix things soon and be with him. He says that he too is trying to do the same and that is why he is taking Ridhima’s help. When she asks Ridhima to continue her negotiations, he is greatly comforted. He tells her that she needs to know that whatever he does is to reunite his family. Naira tells him that she plans to meet Kairav and surprise him. He is afraid that Kairav may not have exchanged well.
Kairav’s behavior worries him. She tells him that she handles Kairav his way. Kartik asks her for a birthday treat as it is her birthday. She jokingly teases him not to talk about his birthday plans after he becomes a parent. Kartik says he wants to be evergreen.
Naira plans a romantic surprise for Kartik. She performs in romantic numbers and delights Kartika. They get the joy of cutting their birthday cake together. He thinks Kairav’s birthday is going well. Naira will be a part of Kairao’s birthday party.
