8 brown bread
3 chopped onions
3 Cut tomatoes
4 raw chilli, salt
2 tsp desi ghee,
Sauce or chutney.

- Take two brown breads and place the desi ghee around both the breads.
- Now chop the onion, tomato, raw chilli and add salt and red chilli to it
- Roast the onion tomato and dry spice paste in the center of both brown breads.
- Serve ready sandwiches in 5 minutes with no sauce and chutney.
2 hot yogurt paratha
Dahi ka paratha is stress free for you in today’s stressful life. Also, it boosts your body’s immunity. By eating yogurt, the risk of high blood pressure is greatly reduced and you will also avoid heart disease. Yogurt is an energy booster and it acts as an antioxidant in our body and hydrates the body.
You need to do dahi ka paratha
2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup yogurt
Tsp turmeric
Teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
Teaspoon cumin powder
Teaspoon garam masala
tsp ajwain
1 tsp mashed methi, 1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
2 tbsp mint, chopped
Teaspoon salt, 2 tbsp oil

Let’s get ready
- Add the finely chopped coriander leaves to the hot yogurt paratha
- Then mix the onion, green chilli, turmeric and salt and pepper.
- Make the dough with water and mix it with molasses.
- After leaving the prepared dough with oil for 10 minutes, you can paratha yogurt.
- Serve it with a favorite chutney and pickles.
