Yoga expert Priyanka Singh shared Yoga Sasanas to make the skin glow naturally on Yoga Day-
1. In the first exercise, you should blow your mouth faster by filling the air in your mouth. Fill the mouth with air and move the lips up and down and up and down. Fill the air and hold for 15-20 seconds then return to normal. Do the same thing twice more. This means it has to be done 3 times with a 15-20 second grip and a 10 second break.
2. In the second exercise, fill the air in the mouth and do it left-to-right. Don’t go too fast otherwise you’ll get tired quickly. Do this comfortably and do it 3 times. Stir and count left-right, then do it a total of 15 times, then pause for 10 seconds and then start again.
3. In the third exercise, once again the air should be filled in the mouth and turned round and round. Rotate clockwise and then 5-10 times in the reverse direction. It may be a bit of a problem to do, so do it to your ability. Try to do this 2 to 3 times.
4. In the fourth exercise, you should do the face like a fish. This is a great exercise to get your jaw line in shape. Try to laugh lightly by making an even more beneficial fish face.
5. In the fifth exercise, try to touch the nose while sticking your tongue. You may also feel that this puts a lot of pressure on your jaw line. So hold it for 10-15 seconds, take a 10-second break and then do it twice.
Whenever you start this yoga pose, take a selfie and put it on. Then take a selfie again after 21 days. You will definitely see the effect on your face.
