The episode starts with Varanasi searching for Kartik everywhere but he didn’t find him until he told Deepa that Kartik was not in any of the cardiology hospitals in the city. Deepa asks what they should do. Soundarya says she is not in a position to make a decision, and if he informs me on the go, I can reveal the truth to him.
Deepa says you cannot reveal the truth or you should not let others reveal the truth. Suriya comes to them and asks what they are talking about. Deepa and Soundarya give different answers. It is not about Doctor Babu who left the Suriya Sats house.
