Parents are now able to obtain their children’s Aadhaar card through a hospital discharge certificate. That is, the basis of now-born children can also be easily made.
“Now the process of applying for a child’s Aadhaar card is complete with a parent’s Aadhaar card with a discharge slip or birth certificate,” UIDAI said in a tweet. In such a situation, now parents do not have to wait for the birth certificate.

In addition, according to information provided by UIDAI, fingerprint and i-scan cannot be done when Aadhaar card is now under 5 years of age. Only children’s photographs will now be taken. But after 5 years, biometric data is required to be uploaded.

1- Log on to UIDAI.gov.in.
2- Click the Aadhaar Card Registered link
3- Provide personal information such as child’s name, phone number, e-mail id.
4- Carefully provide information like birth place, address, district, and child status.
5- Because you cannot give yourself an Aadhaar card, you will have to go to the UIDAI issued center. So click on the Fix Appointment option.
6- The day you reach your nearest station. Update it.
7- After this you select the nearest Aadhaar center.
