Russian opposition leader Navalny accused
New Delhi: Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny on Thursday accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of being behind the poisoning. Navalny, who is currently recovering in a hospital in Germany, first made the allegation in an interview with a German newspaper. He flew to Germany two days after his illness on August 20 and has been in hospital for the past 32 days. Navalny, who recently recovered, accused Putin of being behind the attack on him. Navalny, who has been widely accused of plotting to assassinate Putin, said he did not see any other reason for the poisoning.
