Biography

Arun Vijay, whose real name is also Arun Vijay, was born on November 19, 1977, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is 46 years old as of 2023 and is a Scorpio. Arun’s father is Vijayakumar, a veteran film actor, and his mother is Muthukkannu. He also has a step-mother, Manjula, and five sisters: Kavitha Vijayakumar, Anitha Vijayakumar, Vanitha Vijayakumar, Pritha Vijayakumar, and Sridevi Vijayakumar.

Arun Vijay is married to Aarathi Mohan, and they have two children, a son named Arnav Vijay and a daughter named Purvi. Arun is a Hindu by religion and completed his graduation. He attended Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Egmore and Loyola College in Chennai.

Career

Arun Vijay had a desire towards acting since childhood. He also developed a strong interest in watching his father during film shoots. His father encouraged him to join classes for extracurricular activities such as dancing, swimming, skating, and horse riding. Arun started receiving movie offers when he was in tenth grade, but his father desired him to finish his schooling before acting in films.
