Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4 was launched in October 2020, with actor-host Kamal Haasan welcoming 16 contestants. Now, nearly three and a half months later, the reality show has bagged its five finalists in Aari Arjuna, Ramya Pandian, Balaji Murugadoss, Somashekhar and Rio Raj. One of them will lift the winner’s trophy tonight. Ahead of the final stage, Gabriella Charlton left the program by receiving a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh.

Sanam, Rekha, Anitha Sampath, Velmurugan, Jithan Ramesh, Antoine Sampal Nisha, Ajeedh Khalik, Suresh Chakraborty, Samukta and Shivani Narayanan are among those who entered the Bigg Boss Tamil home this year.

If Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4 was not infected, it would have aired in July instead of October. When launching the reality show, Kamal Haasan said, “Although the disease is dangerous, we cannot stay home.” The filmmakers made sure to comply with WHO’s safety guidelines during filming.

One of the finalists of the show, Ramya Pandiyan is best known for his role as director of Raju Murugan’s critically acclaimed Joker But when her pictures went viral from a photoshoot last year, she became an Internet sensation. Another finalist, Somashekar is a mixed martial artist. At the time of its release, Bigg Boss Tamil said it marks a new beginning in their lives.

Finalist Rio Raj is a TV host and actor. His popular works on TV include such programs as Kana Kanum Kalangal Kalurin Kathai, Kalurikalam, Your Attention Pleas, Coffee Tea Area, Suda Suda Chennai, Free Ah Vidhu and Saravanan Meenachi Season 3. Nedunchalai and Malai Pozudhin Mayakathile.
