In Bihar, all officials of the three-tier panchayat elections, including the chief, will publish the details of the property (movable and immovable) by March 31. The Panchayati Raj Department has sent a memorandum to all districts in this regard. These officers include the Chief, Deputy Head, Blockhead, Deputy Chief and District Council President-Vice President.
Previously, such orders had been issued to District Magistrates, who had been asked to upload the details of the property from the post holders of the panchayat on the website. The property details will be uploaded on the district website. Then reminders sent to districts shortly before the panchayat elections are considered very important. All District Panchayati Raj officers have been instructed to take necessary action in this regard.

Officials have been instructed to register a panchayat election in accordance with the reservation status of Bihar constituency. In this, action will be taken against the accused and the authorities for any negligence. The election officials of the respective constituencies are considered responsible for this. The Bihar State Election Commission has instructed all DM Comm District Electoral Officer Panchayat to submit a nomination form from the candidates in accordance with the reservation status of the constituency after the nomination begins. In the reserved areas, the people of the reserved category must submit their nomination papers. Or, in a reserved seat for a particular category, candidates for the second reserved seat must submit a nomination.
