Country’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki recently announced that it will increase its vehicle prices. This new announcement by the company is one of the best selling cars by Swift for CNG vehicles. According to the data, the company has increased their prices according to various variants of Swift, which is a maximum of Rs 15,000. According to media reports, Swift’s xxx plus AMT dual-tone variant has been increased by Rs 1,000, while the price of the LC variant has been increased to Rs 8,000. Moreover, all other variants are already expensive by Rs 15,000. The company said the increase in input costs has increased the cost of vehicles.

This is the third time that Maruti Suzuki has increased car prices this year. Prior to this, in January 2021, the company had increased prices of up to Rs 34,000 for select models, and then in April also cited an increase in input costs. The company has used the new powerful K12N petrol engine with a 1.2-liter capacity. This engine produces 90bhp of power and 113Nm of torque. The new engine also gets a piston cooling jet, a high compression ratio and a cooled EGR system. The company claims that the manual variant of this car will give a mileage of 23.20km and the AGS Transmission version will give a mileage of 23.76km, which is higher than the previous model.
