Prime Minister Narendra Modi presided over the CBSE Class XII exams on Tuesday (June 1, 2021) and decided to cancel it in the face of uncertain conditions due to COVID-19.
It was decided that the CBSE would take action to compile the results of class XII students in accordance with the ‘well defined objective criteria’ in a timely manner.
Prime Minister Modi stressed that the health and safety of the students is of high importance and there is no compromise in this regard.
He said such tests cannot put our youth at risk today.
