Bangalore: The FIR has been lodged in the city’s CBI unit against KPCC president DK Sivakumar in the wake of the CBI raid.
An FIR has been filed against DK Sivakumar under the proceeds of the illegal asset scam, which could make the Congress leader identified as Kanakapura rock, a trouble shooter of Congress.
The Congress leaders have expressed widespread outrage over the BJP’s political hesitancy to undermine our morale by the CBI’s raid on the KPCC president’s house on the outskirts of RR Nagar and Shira constituencies in the state.
CBI has registered a case against the then Minister of Karnataka Government and others, on allegations of acquisition of disproportionate assets. Searches are being conducted today at 14 locations – including 9 in Karnataka, 4 in Delhi, one in Mumbai. More details awaited. https://t.co/G7IWvmQEE7
