Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray – No one can question the efficiency of Mumbai police

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Friday praised the Mumbai police, saying that no one can question his efficiency and no one will be allowed to ruin his image. He said police are on the forefront of ensuring the safety of the general public during the corona virus epidemic.

Speaking at a function held at the Mumbai Police Commissioner’s Office, he said the items recovered by the police after the theft were being returned to them. The chief minister said the achievements of the Mumbai police are endless and its tradition is 150 years old. No matter how long someone tries to conform to this long tradition and dexterity, he can never tarnish his image and (I) promise that if anyone tries to do this, I won’t let him down.

He said people who tried to discredit the Mumbai police and kept their mouths shut due to the abundance of police achievements. The police worked hard during the epidemic, causing several thousand workers to be infected, many on duty. He said that the police and other advance personnel were responsible for controlling the Kovid-19.
