College students make a hybrid motorcycle, filled with both petrol and electric and cost only 17 paise

At a time when petrol and diesel prices are skyrocketing across the country, a group of college students from Gujarat have created a hybrid motorcycle. He says the motorcycle can move on both petrol and electricity. In addition to the petrol engine, the battery is also well used on this motorcycle.

In fact, this motorcycle was designed by the seventh semester students of VVP Engineering College. The bike is offered with a hybrid mode, which includes a battery to run the engine. The powertrain is separated from the switch, which helps the rider to decide whether to drive the motorcycle on petrol or electric.

According to college students who built the bike, a fully charged battery can help the motorcycle stay up to 40 km. Dr. Maniar, dean of the mechanical department at VVP Engineering College, quoted news agency ANI as saying, “The ever-increasing fuel prices are the main reasons for making this bike.

Dean said, “The bike is connected to four separate batteries. It takes about 6 hours for a fully charged battery. It can move up to 40 km / h at a maximum speed of 40 km / h. “

This is a fully hybrid bike, so that the driver can ride it on either petrol or battery to his advantage. For this, the driver is given a separate switch to easily switch the mode. Considering the rising fuel prices in the present times, this hybrid bike proves to be very useful.
