The Congress, which is in the grand alliance for the Bihar Vidhan Sabha Chunav 2020, has finalized the names of all the 21 candidates in the first phase. They have also given symbols to them. Party Legislature Party leader Sadanand Singh and former minister Awadhesh Singh will not contest the elections themselves this time. The party has nominated both those leaders from their constituencies.
