Method of mixing dough
To mix a litty dough, you need to mix all the ingredients and mix in a medium soft dough. If the texture of the dough is too soft and stiff, the litty is not good. Now put some oil or ghee on the dough and cover it for 20 minutes. After this you should mix it again for 1-2 minutes. Some people do not like the taste of coriander powder in the litter. In such a situation, you can mix this dough without it. Now make this spice and fill it with doe balls.
How To Cook Litty In Cooker-
To make the litter in the cooker, first coat the bottom of the cooker with oil. You can also use ghee and only for ghee. Do not add too much oil or ghee. Now if you have a strainer or cooker stand, then grease it and place it inside the cooker, otherwise, you can put the litter directly on the bottom of the cooker. Now remove the cooker lid whistle.
You should keep the flame low-medium. If this is exceeded, the top surface of the batter is cooked, but the inner surface is not cooked. Leave to cook for 15 minutes on low flame, then open the lid and turn the litter.
