4 cups Urad dal
2 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chironji
1 tbsp raisins
1/2 tsp Asphotida
1 tbsp water
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp salt
6 tsp tamarind chutney
6 tbsp mint chutney
Soak the washed urad dal in water for 7-8 hours.
Drain and grind the lentils.
Add salt, red chilli powder, chironji, raisins and asphotida to it.
Toss it with your hand.
Now make small balls with your hands.
Fry until they are golden brown.
Take yogurt in a bowl, whisk well, then add salt and black salt to it.
Mix the whole ingredients well.
