Ducati, Italy’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer, today unveiled its new bike, the Ducati X Devel. The bike is introduced in two variants with a very attractive appearance and strong engine capability. The XDiavel Black Star Edition is priced at Rs 22.6 lakh and the XDiavel Dark Edition is priced at Rs 18 lakh (Ex Showroom, Pan India).
In both of these variants, the company has used the same engine, but they have been introduced with a different color scheme and some variations. A few days ago, the company released a teaser of the bike on social media. The Ducati X Devel is similar to the Diavel 1260 and you can get confused by looking at both bikes.
However, both motorcycles differ from one another, where the Diavel 1260 Maxi is a Naked bike and the XDiavel is a muscle cruiser. This means that XDiavel offers more comfortable travel. This is an unparalleled example of power and performance. As we mentioned earlier, both variants of the XDiavel share the same design, with hexagonal LED headlamps as well as U-shaped LED DRLs, a muscle tank, and a single tail saddle.
The company has used advanced features and technology in the Ducati XDiavel. The bike comes with features such as a 3.5-inch TFT screen, two riding modes, a Bosch inertia measurement unit, ABS cornering, Ducati traction control system, cruise control, Ducati power launch. At the same time, the company has also offered a multimedia system in the Black Star version.
In both variants, the company used the 1,262cc Testastretta DVT engine. It produces 158 bhp of power and 127 Nm of torque. The engine is fitted to a 6-speed manual transmission gearbox, featuring sleeper clutch technology. The biggest difference between its two variants is in its suspension and braking.
