BangaloreBinish Kodiyeri, son of Kerala CPI state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, has been summoned by the Directorate of Enforcement (CBI) in connection with the drug case.
It is learned that Binish has been summoned by the authorities on October 6 for his trial in connection with the case of Mohammed Anoop, accused of drug dealing.
Ravindran and Anikha D are accused in the case. Anu Binish’s confidante is said to be Mhu.
Anoop, who is already in jail at Parappana Agrahara Jail, has been questioned by ED officials and it is learned that Anoop had allegedly lent money to Binish at a restaurant in Bangalore.
Meanwhile, Bineesh has admitted that Anoop is his friend and is not involved in illegal drugs.
