The Westminster Magistrates’ Court has recommended that Nirav Modi be handed over to the UK Home Secretary so the Government of India liaises with UK authorities for extradition.

They are unlikely to visit India immediately. After the court’s decision, Nirav Modi will have the opportunity to go to the upper court. They can appeal against the verdict in the High Court.
