Former India cricketer Rijender Singh Sodhi selected India’s 15-man squad for the T20 World Cup

Speaking to India News, Rinder said, “In a mega event like T20 World, we need a batsman like Shikhar Dhawan and his experience can be of great use to the team. Ishaan Kishan is a very talented cricketer but I think it is more beneficial for Dhawan to be here. So we have to recruit him as a reserve opener in the team and open up Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul.

He said, ‘If we talk about bowling, Mohammed Siraj has consistently done well over the last few years. They are bowling well and they have experience now. As for Shreyas Iyer, he is an amazing batsman. He is a match-winner, as well as playing international cricket. In addition, he has won many matches under his captaincy in the IPL.
