-3 tablespoons hot ghee

Method of making onion mothri
To prepare the onion mathri, first put the flour, maida, gram flour, semolina, cumin, celery, asphotida, fenugreek, salt and ghee in a pot, stir the flour with water and cover with cloth and keep it for 10-15 minutes.
