Honda’s bikes and scooters are defective, and the company is fixing it for free

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has recalled its popular scooters and bikes. These include models such as the Honda X-Blade, the HNES CB 350, the Activa 125 BS6, the Activa 6G, the Activa 5G, the CB Shine, the Hornet 2.0, and the CB 300R. The affected vehicles were manufactured between November 2019 and January 2021. There was a small drawback in these models. The reflex reflectors installed in these vehicles have been installed incorrectly and will be replaced, Honda said. However, these do not affect the performance of the vehicle.

Check your bike or not
Customers who wish to verify that their vehicle is part of a recovery program can check through the company’s website. For this, they must go to www.honda2wheelersindia.com/Services/Campaign and select their model and submit a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The VIN is written in insurance paper and RC copy.

Honda CB300R and Honda Hennessy CB350 customers need to visit the Bigwing Workshop to repair their bikes. The specialty is that the customer’s bikes are fixed at no charge. Dealers call affected customers and ask them to fix an appointment at a workshop. Let us tell you that the company recently recalled some of its BS6 vehicles. Honda Activa 6G, Activa 125, and Hennessey CB350 are among the most affected vehicles.
