Japanese automaker Honda is set to release its new and cheap car Amaze’s new facelift. According to information, the company will officially sell the car tomorrow, August 18th. This sub-compact sedan is the company’s best-selling car, and competes in the market with models like the Maruti Dzire and Hyundai Aurora.
The company released its second-generation Honda Amaze about 3 years ago. Now the company will introduce its facelift model. The car is very popular with customers because of its attractive appearance, good location and good mileage. This car is available in both petrol and diesel variants. In its new facelift model, the company makes some special changes and releases it to the market.
Honda is expected to equip the Amaze with new LED headlamps, redesigned bumpers and perhaps a new alloy wheel. Apart from this, the chrome accent can be enhanced in the car. Speaking of changes to the interior of the Amaze facelift, it is expected to get a new seat upholstery which will give the cabin a new appeal.
You can also add some new features to this compact sedan. Honda can standardize many features in all of the new Amaze variants, making it even more worth the money. It is believed that the company will also use its existing engine in the new model. The current model is available in both petrol and diesel engines in the market. In the petrol version, the company uses a 1.2-liter capacity engine that produces 88bhp of power and 110Nm of torque.
The diesel version is powered by a 1.5 liter diesel engine that produces 98bhp and 200Nm of torque. The car comes with a manual and automatic transmission gearbox. Its petrol variant offers up to 18kmpl and diesel variants up to 24kmpl.
The company may raise the price of the new model slightly. The current model is priced from Rs 6.32 lakh to Rs 11.11 lakh. The new model costs Rs. It is believed to range from Rs 6.50 lakh to Rs 11.50 lakh. The company has also started official booking of this car, for which you will need to deposit Rs 21,000 as booking amount.
