Honda’s cheapest electric scooter, up to 130km

Electric scooters are becoming increasingly popular. Honda has recently brought its electric scooter U-Go. This is Honda’s most affordable electric scooter. Honda U-Go Electric Scooter has been launched in China. This electric scooter from Honda costs 7499 yuan (about Rs. 86,000). The scooter has been released by Honda’s Chinese subsidiary Yuang Honda.

Honda’s electric scooter comes in two versions
The Honda U-Go Electric Scooter comes in two versions. The high-spec version of Honda’s electric scooter is powered by a 1.2kW motor and has a maximum output of 1.8kW. The company claims its maximum speed is 53 km per hour. At the same time, the standard U-Go electric scooter comes with a 0.8kW motor and a top speed of 45 km / h.

Range up to 130 km with optional battery
Both variants of the Honda U-Go Electric Scooter use a 1.44 kilowatt lithium-ion battery pack, offering a range of 65 km. However, with a second (optional) battery the scooter range can be increased to 130 km. The recently launched Ola S1 electric scooter in the Indian market offers a range of 121 km than the standard version. At the same time, the Pro model of this scooter offers a range of 181 km.

The scooter has a USB charging port
Honda’s U-Go electric scooter comes with many great features including a full LED-lighting, LCD instrument cluster. The LCD instrument provides basic information such as cluster range, battery status, riding mode and speed. The scooter also features a USB charging port and an anti-theft alarm. Honda has not said anything about whether this electric will be launched in India or not.
