Horimiya is one of the most anticipated slice-of-life anime coming out in the winter of 2021. In addition, dedicated manga fans have been waiting for anime adaptation for years. Kyoko Hori is a brilliant and famous secondary school girl who looks differently in relation to her fellow, melancholy and clearly geeky eyed child, Izumi Miyamura. Outside of school, Hori is a shut-in who dresses and deals with the family unit and her more youthful brother, Souta. She tries to keep quiet about this from her colleagues. One day when Souta came back with a nose, he was helped by someone with several hoops and tattoos that looked like a troublesome style. The person perceives her and reveals herself as Miyamura. The two agree to be quiet about their true personalities from their classmates, yet begin to identify with each other as companions and then as couples. Episode 1 will be released on January 9, 2021, and it will run for a total of 13 episodes.
