To use this feature, it is necessary to first update your WhatsApp.
Go to the Google Play app and search for WhatsApp. If the update option appears here, click on it.
Now open WhatsApp and the chat you want to send video.

Now tap on the attachment icon below, then go to Gallery option.
Select the video you want to send from here.
