Chamarajanagar: An incident where a wife and her husband have murdered their husband along with a lover have taken place in the Gondlupet taluk of Tondavadi.
The deceased is Nagarajanayaka (40) of Raghavapura village. His wife Padma (26) and her lover Manikantha (26) have been arrested by the police.
The husband was caught by Rasalee while he was playing on a farm at Thondavadi at midnight on September 11. Police sources said the boyfriend was killed and thrown into a canal.
The accused have lodged a complaint with the Begur police station on September 16 that they had not yet arrived. The police have identified Padma as a hypocrite, and when further inquiries have been made, the incident of the murder of a background of an immoral relationship has come to light. Police are currently searching for the dead as they say the accused threw the corpse.
Only a case of misdemeanor has been registered at the Begur police station.
