-Acarot – cup
-Khajur- 1 cup
-Gee – 1/2 tablespoon

How to barfy dates
To barf the dates, remove the first date nuts and cut them into small pieces with walnuts and set them aside. Now heat the pan in a low flame over the gas. When the pan is hot, add the pieces of walnuts and fry. Once the walnuts are roasted, take it out and set aside. Then add the dates in the same skillet and roast in a medium saucepan. Dates start to melt in two minutes.

When the dates start to melt a little, add the walnuts and stir fry for five minutes while stirring constantly. Walnuts and dates stick together after roasting. You can also add nuts to it. Now take a tray and put some drops of ghee on it and spread it on the tray. Now turn off the gas and pour this mixture on a pre-smooth plate and spread it evenly. Allow this mixture to cool for ten minutes.

Now cut this mixture into the desired shape. Your delicious barfi is ready. You can eat this barfi in an air tight container for more than a week.
